Software options

Setting up integrations and learning new systems is a daily part of what I do. Here’s an overview of the accounting software I work with most often.

  • This is the most popular accounting software in the US. I have deep familiarity with this option and it’s usually the best and most flexible for someone just starting out.

    Several different levels are available; I can help you determine what you’ll need.

  • This is a cheaper option that is becoming more popular. I am very familiar with it and can help with your bookkeeping or projects in Zoho Books. I can also help you determine whether it’s the right choice for you.

  • If you use a system not listed here, I’d still be happy to work with you! Even if the software looks different, the core principles of accounting/bookkeeping are the same, and I'm quick to learn new systems.

I started my career in nonprofits supporting refugees and immigrants, before joining a growing local bookkeeping company. After working with hundreds of small businesses, and training dozens of bookkeepers, I decided to start my own business so I could work more closely with a smaller group of clients.

In an economy dominated by huge corporations where you can’t get a human on the phone, I take pride in operating on a small scale, building relationships, and working with clients one-on-one.

Outside of work you can find me playing the fiddle, painting in oils, and watching competitive cooking shows with my wife.
